Art Tamayo, VISTAM's principal engineer, founded VISTAM Engineering solutions in 1992. He is no stranger to the engineering service environment. Since 1979, he worked for major corporations such as Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Electro-Test, and Associated Power and Control Engineering Services.
